Fees
As a NDIS provider, my fees for NDIS psychological services are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
For non-NDIS clients (including Medicare-funded services), my fees cannot be less than NDIS pricing to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the NDIS Code of Conduct. As a result, a gap payment will apply.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or postpone an appointment, please provide at least one full business day’s notice(before 9:00 AM on the business day prior to your scheduled session).
Notice can be provided via:
- Phone call
- SMS
You are welcome to leave a message outside of business hours, provided it is before the cancellation deadline.
Late Cancellation Fee: A fee of $100 will apply for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice.
